“We moved into our new house in december. Wasn't sure when our boiler was or if it had been serviced before. Turns out it hadn't. Michael was fantastic. We got a major service done and I'm super relieved we did. A couple of things needed replacing, If we hadn't had the service, we were very likely to end up needing a whole new boiler! it's all serviced now and we've got at least another 5 years or more until we need to worry about a new one as it's old. were very happy with he work and honestly they charge very fair prices! we will 100% be using iplumb in the future, we definitely recommend. Michael was great, friendly, polite, and very professional. Thanks again iplumb ! 10/10!!”

“Arrived at the time agreed, carried out a full boiler service and replaced a seal. Tested all parts and emailed a detailed service sheet showing that all parts had been tested and passed as required to gas safe standards. Would definitely recommend iPlumb”

“On the first day of the New Year, cold temperatures and a cold boiler sent details to the office with picture! I wouldn’t be so worried, but I do have a disabled husband who is actually bedridden now so ran round getting heater’s on fortunately have an open fire to warm the house. Micheal phone me back said he would be with us. After visiting a care home with a problem with their boiler. Michael came sorted the issue out very promptly waited to see if any other issues thankfully no issues. Thankfully all sorted!”
